  • I really lucked out on this one. Found Wes in a random google search, and I'm so happy I did. He's extremely knowledgeable, incredibly communicative, and thorough and skilled in what he does. I also appreciate that he discussed options with me in order to understand my budget and potential services. Hiring a Registered Piano Technician like Mr. Flinn is the difference between having a competent mechanic inspect your car or your neighbor Ted, who changes his oil every now and then (sorry Ted, no offense). I'm a piano teacher, and as far as I'm concerned there is no other option if you're looking for quality service and repairs that will last--worth every penny. If you can't book Wes, check out www.ptg.org to find a Registered Piano Technician near you. Seriously, it's that important and time and again I'm reminded of the old adage: you get what you pay for.
