rev:text	Every year the Arizona League of Cities & Towns hosts an Annual Conference. One night of the conference they hold an evening of cities and towns. This wonderful evening is highlighted by simple fare and each city present has their own booth to highlight their community among others in the state. For several years now as I have wandered the colorful booths and exhibits, I make it a point to visit the booth put on by Cave Creek because without fail, they will be showcasing ROC2 coffee!! Put simply, this is the best coffee roast in the state! I'm not exaggerating, if you have the opportunity to sample or purchase this exquisite roast, you must! I've meant to write this review for a couple of years now, so here it is. This is, by far, the best coffee roast in the state. Keep in mind, this is a Roastery and not a cafe.
