  • TOTAL SCAM...DO NOT PURCHASE A TIME SHARE WITH THIS COMPANY. Pressure sales and they do not follow through on their promises. They promised a Hawaii trip and reneg. I paid $430 down payment in May 2015 another $236 in membership fee's in June 2016. Received another invoice for ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES IN December 2015. I phoned customer service and advised that I paid the membership fees in June 2015, why am I being charged again in December. I haven't been a member for 6months. They told me they bill on a calendar year. Whatttt! BS. Since I didn't pay the Annual membership fee's in December they charged me late fees totaling $375 dollars. and threaten if I didn't pay, I cant use the timeshare until the fee's and LATE fees are paid. total scam....
