  • Don't waste your time or money on this company. Absolute worst customer service! The owner Lisa, is very rude and will not listen. Can't believe how unprofessional she is and will talk over you instead of at least listening. The technician that was sent to my home did not install the sensor correctly and they blamed me and charged me for his incompetence. Would not recommend them. I hate my home warranty sent these people to my home. Having work done by them is a big gamble and if you are unhappy don't expect the owner Lisa to care or even try to resolve anything. She is a prime example of why it's hard to support smaller businesses. Definitely dissatisfied with this garage company's work provided and Lisa's very rude and distasteful attitude.
