I came here to get my son his haircut. Upon walking in there was no one at the front to greet you and we saw people waiting off to the side. Looking around we saw a sheet that you can sign in. As we were doing that we saw one of the stylists walk in and not even acknowledge us. I observed the other 2 stylists working and one of them was really happy and bubbly while the other was doing what she had to but not putting in the effort. The happy stylist's name was Sophie and she came to the front when she was done and greeted us nicely. We asked that she cut our son's hair and was nice about it. She was attentive and took her time with my sons hair and gave him toys to help distract him. I know how tough it is keeping a toddler distracted let alone still to get a haircut. We had a pleasant experience with her. Everyone working there should be consistent with delivering good customer service and making sure they make a good effort with children so parents can leave happy and satisfied.
