Getting in an accident is a horrible experience, especially when it is not your fault! I was dreading the experience of getting everything repaired but so far Progressive has tried to make is as easy as possible.
Teresa Alvarado is my adjuster. She was quick to call me back after I reported the claim. She is easy to get a hold of via phone or email. (As stated on her voicemail,If you call before 4pm, she will call you back by the end of the day). She set up my estimate meeting according to my availability and convenience.
Going in for the estimate was simple, easy and painless. As indicated it took approximately 45 minutes. I waited in the lobby that had very comfortable couches and chairs. There is also a snack area that had a variety of snacks: Oreos, goldfish, cookies and chips. There are refrigerators that contain water and sodas and a tea and coffee maker. The snack area was a nice touch. While waiting for my estimate was able to do a little bit of work and answer emails. Leaving I was able to set up my appointment to drop off my vehicle for repairs.
Hopefully the repair process is just as easy. (I will definitely update the review after my vehicle is out of the shop)
