  • I echo the negative reviews. I wasted my time emailing answers to their anal questions off their website, including vaccine records, and checked that they were accepting new patients on MY insurance website all to be called back to be told that they are "too busy" and NOT accepting new patients. I asked how long have they not been accepting new patients and she said it goes on and off. Sounds completely arbitrary to me like they pick and choose patients. Based on what? I couldn't tell you. Back to square one on trying to find a pediatrician.
