  • Had big problems with Hawaiian a few years ago and I swore I would never fly them again....well I should have listened to myself. On our way to Honolulu the thermostat got stuck on freezing! 6 hours of freezing to death....do they offer us free blankets? No but for $10 you could buy one ...till they ran out. On our way back the agents at the counters were rude.... We went to our gate, had to get my daughter her seat. No one was there, the sign told us to go to specific gate where we were told that they couldn't help up (rudely). So they sent us to another gate where they were also very rude. So we finally got on the plane and were ready for an early departure when the captain announced that they had not put enough gas in the plane to make it to Phoenix.....what??? How does that happen??? So we ended up taking off an hour late after they put more gas in the plane. The only positive was a good fare and the flight attendants were nice. Again I am going to say....never flying Hawaiian again.
