  • Called to place a take-out order. Was told to "wait one minute", which led to 15+ minutes. I drove to the restaurant, still on hold, walked in and saw the phone sitting on the counter. Told them I was still on hold with them and they picked up the phone and ended the call. Didn't seem to care...waste of time.
