  • I have been taking my Husky and Samoyed here for about 2 years and never had an issue until this week. I took both of my dogs in to get groomed just like always. When I left, approximately 30 minutes later they called and said that they would not be able to groom my Samoyed due to the fact that the groomer was busy that day. I picked up both dogs a couple hours later and spoke to the groomer about my Samoyed. We spoke about making another appointment for my Samoyed so that he could spend a lot of time on him and get his undercoat. I made another appointment for today and when I took him in, the groomer told me that he was going to SHAVE my Samoyed. Anyone who knows anything about long haired dogs or Samoyeds would know that it is extremely bad and dangerous for the dogs. I expressed my concerns about future health problems with my Samoyed and he did not seem to care to much. I told him that I have done my research and know for a fact that it is not healthy for Samoyed to get shaved. It surprised me that someone who spends all day around different breeds of dogs would not know that. He told me that my dogs hair would not grow back the same and would probably be spotty. When I stated my issue he did not even attempted to offer another solution. Very poor customer service on his part. Prior to this incident I would recommend this place but now I WILL NEVER recommend it to anyone!!!!!
