This spa needs to get it together. They are a hot mess. The therapists are pretty good. I usually see Bradley and he is great but the ladies at the front desk seem to be disengaged.
My first appointment was delayed because the client before me wanted to extend to a 90min and either by accident or because they were trying to make an extra buck the front desk extended this person which made my appointment delayed by 30mins... I was just sitting in the lobby like a dummy doll waiting. Finally someone came to explain what happened and that if I wanted to keep waiting it would be about 10mins more.
Then today I came in for a noon appt. and they had me down for a 3pm... I was totally confused - did I make a mistake? Then I remembered they left my an automated confirmation message so I listened to the voice message from the night before saying "THIS IS CONFIRMING YOUR APPOINTMENT AT 12PM" what happened?? Obviously as of yesterday I did have a 12pm appointment. Did someone bump me on accident? The girl just looks at me and says that she doesn't have anything today and would she like me set up something tomorrow. What about the 3pm appointment which doesn't work with my schedule today? Not even an apology. Then because I was frustrated I asked if I could cancel my membership and she basically without batting an eyelash said no. I asked for the manager's information just because I wonder if she even knows how rude her staff is? The manager doesn't work weekends - shocking. I left irritated and as I'm walking back to my car I see I have a missed call and voice message from massage envy that says my therapist could not make it in and I would need to reschedule. Funny how no one even mentioned that to me while I was there. Multiple negative experiences with this location - I would suggest paying a little more and going to a real spa like Revive at the JW Desert Ridge.
