  • Last minute appt. to get the 02 Highlander cleaned and waxed. The staff very helpful and understanding. Little miscommunication tho with what I wanted done so the results were mixed. The full service interior was excellent and I thought I was getting a full service exterior. My bad not reading and understanding what is exactly a express exterior treatment was. If I would do it all over I'd get the complete detail for $179. The express detail for $39 was left with a poor hand wax residue and missed spots. The sticker residue I pointed out wasn't removed either. The interior detail was excellent and worth the $109 bucks! Outstanding customer service and interior detailing, express detail not so much. I'll be back with my shit together and we'll both win....:)
