  • I will not be coming back. Food was good but service was horrible. We arrive and wait over ten minutes to be seated as there is no hostess to be found. Several servers walk by and never acknowledge we are waiting. Our server Sam needs some retraining. I set my empty tea glass out and she walked by probably 5 times before I spoke to the manager Ben about getting a refill. He then says he will take care of it. He proceeds to have another server bring me a tea instead of doing it himself which a professional manager should have done. I've worked in the service industry in the past and this is not acceptable.
