I decided to challenge myself by working out 4 times a week this year of 2018. I found this ad on facebook about "A boot camp 6 week challenge for free." I went to their interview and was asked several questions and the requirements to do it. My goal was to loose 5% body fat in those 6 weeks otherwise, I would loose $500 dollars. I guess my main motivation was the money :-). Since I usually work under a lot of pressure, I decided to do this challenge. As a result, Fit Body Boot Camp in Madison helped me change my diet habits and to lohose 6.1% body fat in 6 weeks! I was happy with the results and I do not regret doing this challenge whatsoever!
