Delivery Review: via UberEATS
My go-to dish from One Hour is the Xiao Guo Rice Noodle. It's a huge portion for $13.99 (large size). You can also add a marinated tea egg for $1.20. It's filled to the brim with noodles and minced pork meat and there are also some diced tomatoes and bok choy in it as well. I think this is their best dish, and perfect for a chilly day.
The Yam and Silkie Chicken Soup is also pretty good if you're looking for the Asian take on the classic chicken noodle soup. I prefer broths over creamy and thick soups - so this one fits my criteria.
However, the noodles and soup are in plastic containers - the noodles were still hot when it arrived via delivery but the soup was lukewarm so I'd suggest saving that for an in person visit instead, unless you have a microwave and bowl handy.
I've also tried their cold appetizers - the beef tendon and shank are both tasty although slightly pricier at $6.99.
If you visit One Hour at its physical location, they have mostly large bean bags as seats. Neat idea but not too comfortable if you're looking for somewhere to have a bite and do a couple hours of work.
