  • Horrible, not even worth a star. Had a vehicle almost 3 weeks and was told to bring more money down, this is after we called to ask them a different question.Never heard a word for 3 weeks. Had the jeep in for service because the key fob fell out of the door. And not once did they mention the need of more money down. I was told I could get into another vehicle that didn't need so much down, I don't want a different one, if I wanted a different one I would have bought it in the first place. Needless to say I told them to have my trade in and my down payment check in hand and would be there in 5 minutes of our phone call. Once I got there I was told my down payment would be mailed me to, ummm no I wouldn't leave until I had the check that I knew had not been deposited. They were able to locate my check and my trade in! Now on to a different dealer!!!
