  • The place is not too bad. I stayed here for a month in corporate housing. The place is just older than other surrounding properties. I could hear the folks above me and beside me when they were louder then normal. Overall, I would probably reside here if I was looking for an apartment. The big plus was the apartments have garages......very much needed here in Madison. The other positive is the apartments are centrally located and close to a variety of activities.
