  • Great service and people. Very kind to you on the phone. I cannot tell you about the results because my car ended up being a total loss with my insurance company. They were awesome and picked up my car from where I left it and took it to their shop. They let me know each day what happened along the process with e-mails (you can have them call you too, I just opted for the emails) Very pleasant company to work with. They really are for your satisfaction and not your insurance company's bottom line. I came to them because of their reputation for quality and I have to say that I am 100% satisfied.
