  • If I could leave negative stars I would. After my 1st amazing visit I returned to see kelly again and she was on vacation so another lady cut my Pom and destroyed his coat. After 7 years of grooming appointments this place cut my baby the wrong way and he has patches where hair won't grow back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR POMS HERE. The manager was very nice when I called and told them what happened. They said to bring my baby in do they could "fix" it. You can't make his hair grow back. I'll never come to this store again let alone have them touch my baby. I've seen this happen to poms before which why I always went to a professional.....heartbreaking
