  • Its about time this place got an actual review for anyone who has never been. The food is DELICIOUS and inexpensive. Everything I've ever had there was fantastic. Of all the times I've been and all the people I've taken, I have never heard anything less than a 'wow, that was wonderful.' Not only is the food reasonably priced, it comes in large portions in a timely manner. Just talking about it is making me crave it. However, be warned that this place is more of a 'lunch with your friends' restaurant and less of a 'romantic date with your lover.' While the food is delightful, the atmosphere is strange and, to be frank, slightly dirty. From the market on the side, to the plastic glassware, to the aged chairs, this place is not much to look at. So if you're looking for a tasty, affordable meal, Haji-Baba is a must. If you're looking for the next hip spot, you may want to try somewhere with a little more flattering lighting. Overall, the service is always wonderful, the food is absolutely worth it, but just know that Haji-Baba is not you're typical 5 star restaurant.
