  • I haven't even stayed here yet, but already felt the need to rate their service. Their customer service department is TERRIBLE!!! I booked 3 months in advance, already made hotel reservations and purchased air flight tickets for a nursing conference I am attending....all which had to be changed because they "don't" do the "presentations" on the day of arrival. I am arriving at 8am and I have ALL day to do it, but they said no. At this point I find it pointless to attend the presentation as I WILL NEVER purchase from this company, nor will my friends or family.
