  • Go to Scott Clark Toyota. They actually sell cars there. Honda of concord customer service NOT good. Brandon Lawyer was not interested in helping us at all. But instead he told us that the Fj cruiser we wanted was being transferred from Florida. Told us to go home and he will call us. We called them a few times. Brandon and management. We were told, It will be here Friday, Saturday, Sunday. It's a week later. Now they just don't return our calls. Could of tried to offer us something, maybe another type of car. Not sure if we would of bought something besides a Fj cruiser. But when we bought our Kia Soul we were looking for cruiser or jeep, we didn't have enough money then. Kia dealership talked us into a Soul. That's okay we are proud owners of very nice Fj cruiser from Scott Clark Toyota. Thank you Brandon and Honda of concord Management for not answering our calls :)
