  • I've been coming to this place for 3 yrs. My mom brought in her dog, who has been going there for as long as mine. They completely messed up the cut and now the mane on the dog is completely ruined. The treatment that she has received is ridiculous. I bring in two large dogs every few months. I pay and tip pretty well. I guess if they can't continue to treat us like family. Like they used to treat us. I will be finding a new groomer and not recommend this place anymore. Come on management pull your head out of your a$$ and return calls please. It does nothing but damage your business.
