  • Avoid wasting your money on American Home Shield so you don't have to be stuck with Grace & Faith. They won't hold to their scheduled time window, so you should take the day off and ask for the earliest available appointment. Calling customer service is also like an episode of Seinfeld, when waiting for a table at a Chinese restaurant. Every time you check on where the technician is, they say 5 or 10 minutes. If you give them an alternative contact number, they ignore it and call whatever AHS gave them.
