  • It all begins in July, 2010 when I was moving from San Antonio to Charlotte. We were looking for rental house. My company Business developer introduced me to Paul help me out. This guy was amazing. More than a typical realtor. Honest, helpful and he devoted full week for us and showed 40 plus houses in 5 days. No pressure on us to pick one. Common who does that these days. We eventually decoded to buy one house instead of renting. All goes smooth. We were still in San Antonio for next one month. He helped on closing without hiccups. Termite inspection came bad and Termite were ready to infest the house. We ask seller to get it treated. Seller cheated on us and submitted clean letter from another company and it went unnoticed during closing. After closing I realized it and Ask Paul. He was so nice that he paid almost One thousand dollar out of his pocket and get my house treated fro Termite. I am sure no realtor will do it for you. Once they got money they gone like winds. But Paul stay with us even after closing and make sure I am 100 % satisfied with my purchase. The friendship gets more stronger and stronger. I refer one of my friend and he helped him for purchase. He was happy with Paul Jamison experience. In 2014, I decided to invest some money on rental house. Now I am buyer for Paul. It was time for Paul to prove me that he is good as deep in his heart no matter you buyer or seller. He guide me through the whole process. I have zero experience in investing on rental houses but he put down the numbers for me up-front before we make any purchase so I can have "NO LOSS" on these investments. He plan ahead and find houses on high demand areas. I bought four houses in 2014. Got great deal on each one of them. For the fourth one I asked Paul about Union County location. He leads me in the area which was well hidden but again right in the heart of rental market. It was new construction. We close the deal with at least 25 K less what other pays on same neighbor hood. Then it was time to rent out these four houses. His crew in Paul Jamison Realty knows what they doing. They screen each tenant fro me from credit score to police Clarence/criminals database to make sure not having any issues later on. I still have these houses and very happy with his property management. No headache form me. If any repair pop up which worth more than $ 250, I got phone call and then its my choice getting my guy to repair it or have Paul repair guy to take care of it. I have looked the repair list from Paul's handy mine and it is way cheaper than I can get my man out there. I am actually making money out of these houses even after paying mortgage/HOA/property tax etc. Credit goes to Paul that he chooses these house wisely for me. The moment one tenant move out and within one month another move in. Paul Jamison Property management team is pro active and that what we need as investor. I have all type of experience with Paul in last six years. As buyer, investor and owner of rental houses. I am always happy with his approach, honesty and pro activeness. He always return my call and email promptly. Also through Paul, I met some other good people and companies. I changed my whole banking from SunTrust to Community One. All my house mortgages are through Community one. Paul guide me and hooked me up with these peoples who are help ful and also will save you lot of money. I may have to write all night but still may not be able to put all good qualities of Paul and his team. I will highly encourage everyone to at least test him once and the truth will speak itself.
