  • I wasn't really blown away by Umami unfortunately. I thought it was fine...nothing spectacular but certainly edible. I LOVE the outdoor seating and the location but my ramen was actually a bit bland and the chicken in my ramen was beyond tasteless. I will say the broths did have some dimension but it was sort of marred by the bland chicken. The buns were the food highlight for me-I'm a fan of anything with hoisin and the pork in the buns was fantastic!!! Would I go back? Yeah I guess so. Would I be thrilled to be going back? No, not particularly.
