  • Food quality is excellent. Tried this truck tonight at a Town of Matthews event for the Charlotte Symphony. Gourmet menu, but not too crazy. I tried fish tacos and truffled fries for $9. My dining companions had a cheeseburger and fancy grilled cheese. I like that they offer the option of fries, chips, or fruit for the side item. Excellent fries, perfectly cooked. Tacos had flavor, but they are small and you only get two. My husband was happy with his burger. I'd definitely eat at this truck again.
