  • OVERRATED! Both times I went Jeremy (hairstylist) does his own thing. It's a waste of time to show him a picture of what I want or describe to him what I would like because he would proceed to do what he wants. Long story short; disapointing customer service, it only took 15 mins for my haircut - but the guy who was ahead of me had a full "session" and had the same haircut as I. I will not recommend it nor will I be returning back for ANY service. Was it because I wasn't Caucasian?
