I wish i could give 3-star for this fil resto but my experience with my order of pancit bijon last new year's eve made me think otherwise... I picked up my order on dec 31 late pm... We ate for new year's eve and kept in the ref like 2/3 of the tray... I heated the left-overs for our jan 1 lunch & i was disappointed to find it spoiled already... Normally i dont complain but I threw like $29 of the $45 cost i paid for this pancit... I was just wandering how come it did not even last a half day... Working in a food business for 36 yrs, i tried to determine what it might cause... Maybe becoz they packed the pancit while it was very hot (i got it fully wrapped with no holes on it)...or it was cooked early or by batch... It started in the vegetables they mixed with the pancit coz i smelled every single ingredients in the bijon... I called the resto to tell them my experience & all i got was "i will tell the manager" response... No sorry at all... Better review on the cooling process & wrapping orders & teach your people how to deal with customer feedback... Not a good way to end 2015 & start 2016 with a complaint... :(
