| - First, let me start by saying I hope you never need ABC Collision. But when you do, and it will suck, get here.
Your insurance will dictate who you work with, so switch to USAA, work with Jay, and you will see why I was moved to write such a review. Jay was responsive, thorough, detail oriented and compassionate (because it sucks to have to use this business, especially when your car is only five weeks old)...I digress. From this point on substitute ABC Collision" when I mention Jay. I owe it to him.
First benefit is their drive-in appraisals. I literally left the accident scene and drove straight there to assess and start the process. (Clarification- AFTER police reports were filed, that is.) Jay had to deal with an emotional, trembling and somewhat disheveled idiot, but he did it with grace and compassion. And he did it efficiently. I had my quote within 30 minutes of inspection.
Went to another shop owned and connected to my dealer and it was then I began to realize the value of integrity in this process. The other guy literally took Jay's quote, hardly eyeballed the car and told me he'd call with estimate. Days went by with no response. It seemed expected that I'd go with he dealer group but I was impressed with Jays service, and would be throughout. Why? Totally service oriented: Timely follow up, responsive, regular updates and job completed in or ahead of schedule. I really like this place (does it show)?
Jay and ABC earned my business and though I hope I never need him/them again, he will be my first call.
