  • Please be aware of this company! Total fraud!!! I bought their $39 special for two units. The technician showed up and told me that he will charge me $150 for each unit instead! I refused to pay and told him to leave. He talked me into paying extra $50 for extra job, which would leave my carpet spotless! I agreed. I was not present at the time he was supposed to do the job. When I saw the results, there was NO cleaning done at all!!! Dirt, stains and everything else was just like it was before the technitian showed up. I email the company about the issue and even attached pictures. No response. When I saw the charges on my card, I contacted the company but they refused to refund me the money! Very rude customer service. Hanged up on me twice! I am forsed to dispute this with my credit company. I wish I would read the reviews before getting their setvices. Total fraud! Please do not trust their "specials". You will end up paying more with NO carpet cleaning at all. Waste of time and money!!! I don't typically write negative reviews but I was so outraged by this company's services that I couldn't stay silent.
