  • Run far away from this company! We applied and the manager told us our credit was good and we were approved for financing, and although my background isn't the cleanest she said it wouldn't be an issue. Took our $90 application fee, and then told us upper management said no. When we contacted them a few days later her assistant was rude, yelling on the phone at my partner and then hung up on him. We contacted upper management and they said they were unaware of anything with our application. The manager is extremely shady. Unless you want to loose money don't go there. They have the highest lot rent in the area, and the park is a dump. We know several people that live there now, and they are looking to get out soon.
