  • I would like to start by saying that, in most cases, I won't consider taking the time to write a Yelp review unless service is on the high or low end of the spectrum. I'll make this short and to the point. The service I received at this location by a fellow named Shane was absolutely phenomenal. After dealing with a couple of employees with Cox over the phone, I was about ready to drop this company all together and put in business with one of its competitors. Shane was honest, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable about the services offered by Cox. So much so, that he found me a great package, and convinced me to become a customer. I am confident and happy with my choice because of this positive experience. Thanks Shane, keep up the good work. Other employees: take notes. ;-)
