  • had them do a large tiling / stone job (over $20,000) for our house. communication was the pits - they simply do not respond to calls or emails. parts of the tiling went well (bathroom), but the backsplash using marble tiles was a disaster. the tile was installed crooked and not level. t. bros had to come back out and replace quite a lot of tile. it would have been better if they found themselves some decent tile layers - instead of picking them up from the local home depot. the worst part though was the stone work - they out source that work. unfortunately we managed to get Beavis & Butt-head doing our master shower and fireplace - two incompetent boobs. im not sure what to recommend here - but i wouldn't use t-bros again. i have seen better. i used brooklyn stone for the quartz in my office. i would recommend them.
