Clearly disorganized. After reading some google reviews, its VERY apparent they operate by the seat of their pants. I ordered over 6k of materials on 3/02/2018 and was promised delivery by 3/9/2018. So when I called on 3/10/2018 to ask about it, you can imagine my surprise that they hadn't even placed the order (I was indeed charged already though). I was then called on 3/12/2018 and promised delivery 3/13/2018 except not really. Because the entirety of my order can't be fulfilled until 3/16/2018. So, for my trouble, they are refunding me $25. Thanks for absolutely no effort.
It seems to me that if you don't have something readily available, you can't sell it. And if you sell something, you have to actually give up that something....otherwise, its extortion, no? But, hey, thanks for $25. That'll DEFINITELY make up for being a week late.
It's lumber guys.....not weapons-grade uranium. Nothing complicated.
