It's 8:25 pm and I buy a 9:00 pm ticket to see the Dark Knight Rises. I expect it to be hectic.
"Excuse me sir, please get in line to see the movie."
Okay so I try to get in line.
"Excuse me sir, this line is full. You'll have to go to the line in the lobby."
Okay so I move to the lobby.
"Excuse me sir, this line is full. You will have to wait outside."
It's 105 degrees outside and you want me to be the first person to wait outside? Why couldn't Harkins accommodate three more people into the lobby line? The movie starts in 35 minutes, why is there even a line? Does Harkins want to see how many people are willing to wait in the heat for Batman?
So I asked for a refund and left Harkins in defeat. I've waited four years to watch this movie. Batman can wait a few more days.
