  • I went today to drop my car at 11:15 for tire rotation. At 12 noon I asked how much longer because I needed to go to work. I brought in my car because of the promise over the phone that they should be done within 45 minutes to an hour so I could have left around 12 or 12:15. When I asked the manager how much longer they told me how it's going to be another 45 minutes.So I left sans tire rotation, livid about how nonchalantly business like this treat ones time like turd. They have zero respect 4 peoples itinerary. I wasted my day. I GUESS AFTER THEY SOLD YOU THE TIRE CUSTOMER CARE BECOMES NONEXISTENT, DUE TO THE VOLUME OF CUSTOMERS PLUS THEY JUST DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT YOUR TIME OR YOU AS A PERSON.. Makes one wonder if ones skin color could expedite a transaction in this place of business because the guy behind me in the line was done b4 me. Never gonna buy tires from this place ever. Should have stayed with costco.
