Was harassed by a personal trainer and when I denied him he ignored me after I paid almost $1,000 to train. When the manager finally called to tell me he was leaving the location to move back to California, after a week and a half of trying to get ahold of him, I was told I could not get a refund.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I paid you guys to train me and I trusted you guys. I have been a loyal customer with you guys for YEARS. I can't believe the way you treat your customers who just wanted to get in better shape.
This wasn't my decision for him to ask me out and then ignore me or even move locations. I deserve a refund and would think that they would make an exception because this situation is unique. NO ONE should have to feel this way by just wanting to work out.
