  • Joined the membership a year ago but was unable to use it during my pregnancy and I was just racking up refills. Canceled my membership with intent to reinstate later. Called today about utilizing the 4 refills that I had (59.99 x 4= 239.96) only to be told they expire after 6 months. So $239.96 is a complete loss. If I purchased a gift card it would last indefinitely but if I was a member I loose all the money I paid. That is NOT customer service and retention. I will find another salon.
