  • Besides being severely understaffed for a Sunday morning and having no chairs in the place, the staff was alright. I think someone may have called out that morning. One of them did bring out chairs for some elderly customers, which was nice. Only three stars because nothing fantastic for me personally, but I've had worse customer service at tmobile before.
