I have been a member of To Be Re... for almost four years. Prior to starting TBR, I rarely exercised and tried every "fad" diet that hit the market. As a result, my weight yoyo'd for years and I found myself becoming frustrated that the weight did not stay off. However, once I started TBR, I learned that the best "trick" to weightloss is proper nutrition and a consistant exercise schedule. The weight came off and stayed off. I even had a baby in the last year and was able to lose most of the weight three months after my daughter's arrival!
The spinning classes are fantastic, TRX is challenging, and Resistance Training Sunday is incomparable. I am thankful to have found such a group of wonderful people that support my fitness and nutritional goals. Keith Jones is a superior motivator and coach. My husband and I both thank Keith for his support. The community that Keith has created at TBR is different from any other group. I highly recommend Keith and the TBR community for if you are looking for weightloss, fitness and lifestyle changes.
