  • We attempted to have a girls day with pedicures and decided to try this place in the mall. We got there and they said it would be a half hour wait, to write our names, and they'll call. We wandered the mall for over an hour and heard nothing so we went back. They said it would be a few more minutes and the sheet with our names on it was sitting on the bottom of a pile of 3 sign in sheets. Clearly they forgot or didn't care. Finally we go back but we were all going to be seated apart, and they looked annoyed when I asked to be seated side by side, but they did it anyway. The price to pay was that my two friends were almost half way done before they started my pedi. They put another girl in a seat they intended for us, and then did her toes first. The pedicure was normal in terms of procedure, except they were about 20 minutes each and it was evident they were rushing us out of there. I had to request she tend to my cuticles, all three of us had half painted toe nails. All in all, it was a pretty awful experience. I will never go there again.
