This was our second visit and sadly the staff was a hot mess this time. My girlfriend and I arrived 20 mins early to grab good seats & put in our food/drink orders and the paint hostess forgot to give us a menu until the last minute, we like literally had to ask for one just as she was starting...so goes getting there early. The painting was done at a good pace, the hostess tried her best to keep it fun but she was no comedian, just asked a sh*t ton of questions which was getting a little annoying. So my girlfriend's beer came out pretty quickly but my moscato didn't come out until much much later, I had to remind the server about it & it still took awhile. Our sliders came out at a decent time, tasted pretty good but our flatbread pizza never came out. The server brought out my cheesecake & I had to let him know the pizza never came out & since it was nearing the end of the painting I had to cancel it. To top it off they forgot to bring out my friend's dessert. She was determined to try it so she had to remind the server about it and we waited until the painting was over before they brought out the damn brownie. Perhaps they need to devise a better system or staff appropriately for a Friday night event, this was supposed to be a fun & relaxing night out not a frustrating one.
