BEWARE!!! Customer service here is awful
So I bought a sectional sofa bed from here about 7 months ago. When I took the couch home there was a big tear on the bottom. When I called the store they said they were happy to exchange the sofa for me BUT I would have to pay them $80 to take the couch back and another $80 to deliver a new one to me. I was livid that I was being asked I pay an extra $160 to exchange THEIR damaged merchandise. They didn't really give me any other options or try to work out a deal for me. I doesn't seem like they are trying to keep their customers. They ended up not replying to me.
Also, the cotton on my sofa is starting to wear out big time after only 7 months. Cotton bubbles forming everywhere. And the foam/seats/cushions or whatever they are made of don't hold their shape very well. You get what you pay for I suppose.
My advice, pray your item is not defective if you choose to buy from here
