I can't say enough how impressed I was by this dealership. I was in a car accident Oct 16, 2015 and I was looking for a VERY specific vehicle. My original SUV was the 2012 KIA Sorento EXV6 and sadly, she was written off. I didn't want any other vehicle except for the exact same one and well....wouldn't you know that it was like finding a unicorn!
While I was searching the internet and thinking how impossible it was to find the exact year, model, trim line with low mileage and a decent price, South Pointe Toyota JUST got this exact vehicle traded in 1 or 2 days earlier. I was so excited that my buddy and I drove there just to check it out. We dealt with the General Sales Manager Todd Dunbar and he told me that it was in their autobody shop getting looked over and detailed. Naturally I was TOO excited so I had to see it immediately. We went over to the body shop and it was all taped up with plastic so it could be repainted and detailed. I LOVED it so I dropped a deposit on it. Todd said that I was the easiest customer to deal with because not a lot of people can walk in, look at a car that has been taken apart or taped all over with plastic and still fall in love with it and want to buy it.
This dealership worked fast to getting it ready for me. It was ready for a test drive within 2 days after it was being detailed and I immediately bought it. Ronan (the finance manager) was very quick in processing my credit application and having all my paperwork ready to go. From walking into the dealership to delivery of my new vehicle was about a week.
No fuss. No BS. I was very comfortable walking inside the dealership. Sure all the salespeople were standing everywhere but not one of them made me feel uncomfortable or made me feel like they are watching me and ready to swoop in like a hawk. They offered me coffee and to rest in the nice customer lounge upstairs. I would never hesitate to buy another vehicle from here. My mom bought a brand new Corolla here as well and said great things about this place.
