  • UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE OVER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!! I went on google to search for " Move Out Cleaning" and I came across this Company. I left my info on their website, an hr later I received a call from Larry. To make the story short,he gave me an estimate and he said he will call me to let me know if someone will be available to clean my house the next day. He called back but I couldn't pick up because I was working at that time. I called him back during my lunch time, he said they will be at my house at 11:30 am. So, I starting asking him about the advertisement on their website stating "STARTS AT $60..... He said " I gave you a good deal $75 for 2 hrs, plus $40 per cleaning crew, do you still want us to come tomorrow?" His tone of voice is very rude and I can tell he was in a hurry. I said "yes,I'm just wondering about the deal". While I was still talking, he hung up on me. So, I called back.... I told him I was still talking and why did you hang up on me?. His response was, " I have 2 customers waiting for me". HELLO!!!!! I'M A CUSTOMER TOO!!!!! I TOLD HIM TO CANCEL THE APPT. He's very unprofessional and rude!!!!!! What Is he going to do? hang up on the other customer because one is waiting for him? HE REALLY NEEDS TO TAKE A CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASS ON HOW TO TREAT OR DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS!!!! PLEASE DON'T WORK IN RETAILS IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY PATIENCE!!!!!
