  • I've been in Scottsdale for a decade and I can finally say, that this doctor and his entire staff provided the BEST medical experience I've had, hands down, in Arizona. I called early on a Monday morning hoping to get an appointment for what I thought was a swollen saliva gland that had flared up on Friday night. The woman who answered, and I'm sorry I've forgotten her name, was so kind and helpful suggesting that although the doctors schedule was booked solid for the next 10 days (as was the case with the 3 other ENT doctors I called), she would check the morning messages and promised to call me back daily to let me know if they had a cancellation. As she promised, two hours later she called and said the had a cancellation for the next morning and that was it, success. My appointment was set for 10:15 AM, I arrived at 10 and at 10:10 they called me back to an exam room and shockingly, at 10:14 Dr. Baldree entered. Prompt staff, prompt doctor. No complaints here. And just like his staff, he was very friendly and personable. He took his time explaining his thorough diagnosis of my situation, as well as his plan to resolve it. I left with a prescription, and CT appointment and a very friendly goodbye from his front desk staff. So far, 7 hours after filling his prescription, the swelling is down by at least 60%. In closing, it was honestly the most pleasant medical visit I think I've ever experienced. I would very highly recommend this doctor and staff. P.S. As I was in a hurry to get an appointment with and ENT Specialist, I found his name and reviews on Yelp. The 5 star reviews are very well deserved and accurate and additionally, his personal website shows the 4 years in a row that he was named in Top Docs in Phoenix Magazine.
