This is an update to my review written on 1/22/17.
I was contacted by the management of Interstate all battery center. They offered to fix my broken key in exchange for updating my review. The management located at the Olive and I-10 all battery center fixed the key fob in a timely manner. They were courteous and worked around work schedule and kept in communication with me about the fix. I am very grateful that my key fob was fixed. Unfortunately it took me writing a negative yelp review for them to do so. I understand that accidents happen and it's how those accidents are handled that lead to our choices on where to spend our money. Although I feel like interstate all battery center in Goodyear can use some lesions on integrity and customer service, the management as a whole has shown me that the stores do mean well by their customers.

1 star- I took my smart key for my car in to interstate for a battery change. They took my key and quickly changed the battery. When I got my key back I noticed the emergency key that slips in the smart key wouldn't lock in to place. When I mentioned the issue they took the key back. I saw them open and close the key several times. When they key failed to lock in to place they finally told me they were sure it came in broken. I know this key was not broken when I removed it from the key chain (the fob portion would have never stayed on as the emergency key holds the hook). I was upset to say the least. They broke my key and refused to take any responsibility. New smart keys are not at all cheap. I would not use this store!!
