  • I had my hair dyed by Chyna(the owner) & she is very sweet & awesome to talk to. The whole time you're in her care, she wants to make sure you were comfortable offering coffee, water & to make sure you're comfortable in her chair. The customer service aspect of it was awesome I can say I was happy with that part of it. However, I do wish she would've discussed the price before we began. Every other time I have been to a salon and gotten my hair dyed this same color(not ombre or highlights but just pure blonde), it has never been more than $100 & now my hair is shoulder-length which is even shorter than before. But I t cost me $150 at this salon for some reason. Maybe if I would've been expecting that price it wouldn't have annoyed me at all but I just didn't think the outcome was quite worth the expense. Although I do like my hair it wasn't quite what I was going for. But if you have EXCELLENT communication on what you want and know EXACTLY what you're going to be charged with then you should give her a try because she really is nice.
