I placed a grocery delivery order, my card was charged... sat at home waiting on my order and it never arrived. I called the grocery delivery support only to find out that the driver had called in sick and my order would not be delivered. Why didn't anybody call me as soon as they knew the person had called in? The person helping me through the grocery delivery support is having a difficult time even contacting the store that my order is sitting at... Now I don't have my groceries AND I will have to wait 5-7 business days for my card to be refunded?! OR I have to wait for my order to be delivered another day? This is pretty absurd, highly inconvenient and terrible customer service. I should have just shopped at a different store entirely and in person... Lesson learned.
